PET OWNER INFORMATION

The client hereto agrees as follows:

  1. Red Dog Pet Resort and Spa and its employees agree to provide pickup and delivery services stated in this contract in a reliable and trustworthy manner. In consideration of these services and as an express condition thereof, the client expressly waives any and all claims against Red Dog Pet Resort and Spa or its employees, unless arising from negligence proven to be on the part of Red Dog Pet Resort and Spa.

  2. Red Dog Pet Resort and Spa or its employees shall not be held responsible for the loss, injury, death, or actions of any pet while not in the care of Red Dog Pet Resort and Spa.

  3. The client understands that all pets in the care of Red Dog Pet Resort and Spa must be current on the following shots and examinations: DHPP, Rabies, Bordatella, and fecal examination. Client must provide this information prior to a pickup and delivery service reservation confirmation.

  4. Red Dog Pet Resort and Spa will not accept aggressive or sick pets and judgment of this behavior or ill condition will be at the discretion of the Red Dog Pet Resort and Spa driver.

  5. All pets will be transported in a crate provided by Red Dog Pet Resort and Spa.

  6. All personal belongings (food, toys, leashes, collars, bedding) must be clearly marked with the pet’s name prior to being loaded onto the Red Dog Pet Resort and Spa vehicle.

  7.  All pets must be leashed until secured in a crate inside the Pickup and Delivery vehicle.

  8. Client is responsible for making their own boarding, grooming, and daycare accommodations with Red Dog Pet Resort and Spa prior to the reservation for pickup and delivery service.

  9. Red Dog Pet Resort and Spa will not, under any circumstances, enter the client’s residence and client agrees that an authorized, pre-determined person will be available to present your pet for the pickup and delivery service.  This pre-determined person’s identity must be designated during the time of the initial reservation for pickup and delivery service.

  10. Red Dog Pet Resort and Spa reserves the right to deny service or terminate service because of safety concerns, financial concerns, or inappropriate or uncomfortable situations as determined by the Red Dog Pet Resort and Spa representative at the pickup site.

  11. Red Dog Pet Resort and Spa reserves the right to cancel and reschedule service due to inclement weather concerns at least 24 hours prior to the expected inclement weather conditions.

  12. Pickup and delivery service falls between the hours of 7am and 11 am for pickup and 3 pm to 7 pm for delivery.  Services are usually completed during this time unless we are behind schedule. We will do our best to keep to your appointment time; however, due to the nature of the service, there may be times when we are behind schedule because of an extended previous visit. We will notify the client immediately if this should occur.

  13. Payment – a valid credit card must be on file at Red Dog Pet Resort and Spa in order to secure your reservation for Pickup and Delivery service.  All services (pickup and delivery, boarding, daycare and grooming) will be charged to the credit card on file.  An itemized receipt will be presented to the client upon delivery of your pet at the end of the stay.  Should any questions, concerns, or disputes arise you will need to call our Customer Service Coordinators during normal business hours for clarification of the charges.  If for any reason the client’s credit card is declined, your pet will remain at Red Dog Pet Resort and Spa and appropriate charges will ensue until the client can provide a valid credit card.  If your pet needs to remain at Red Dog Pet Resort and Spa after business hours, your pet will need to board overnight at Red Dog Pet Resort and Spa until the situation is resolved.

  14. Client cancellations must be received 2 days prior to the scheduled service or a $30 cancellation fee will apply.
