Check-In/Check-Out Procedure

Our suggested times of arrival for lodging are 2:00pm – 6:00pm Monday through Friday, 1:00pm – 3:00pm Saturday, and 12:00pm – 3:00pm Sunday. Departure from lodging must be before 1:00pm. During peak hours, please allow thirty minutes for check-in and check-out.

Red Dog Pet Resort & Spa is a member of the The Pet Care Services Association. The PCSA helps develop and maintain the highest professional and business standards within the pet care industry. Red Dog Pet Resort & Spa abides fully by the Pet Care Services Association Code of Ethics and the Pet’s Bill of Rights.

Courtesy Cancellation Policy

Red Dog Pet Resort & Spa requires a 72 hour cancellation notice for lodging reservations made over a holiday and other peak periods, these holidays include (but may not be limited to) Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Eve, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day.  A credit card will be asked for at the time of booking to hold the reservation, failure to cancel the reservation 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival will result in one day charge for the room reserved.
