Reservation Forms & Requirements

Welcome to our Reservations page! New guests must complete a New Client Reservation Form.

Vaccination or titers records can be brought in at check-in or may be faxed to Red Dog Pet Resort & Spa at (513) 272-5876. Our vaccination requirements are listed on the House Rules.

When booking reservations, it is important that your dog receive his kennel cough/bordetella vaccination at least two weeks prior to lodging. A kennel cough vaccination is much like the flu shot for a human in that, after vaccination, there is the possibility that the dog will contract a mild form of the strain. As a result, your dog may be contagious for two weeks after vaccination. Read more about kennel cough and the vaccination issues at the ASPCA website.

Courtesy Cancellation Policy

Red Dog Pet Resort & Spa requires a 72 hour cancellation notice for lodging reservations made over a holiday and other peak periods, these holidays include (but may not be limited to) Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Eve, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day.  A credit card will be asked for at the time of booking to hold the reservation, failure to cancel the reservation 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival will result in one day charge for the room reserved.
